As an Implementation Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's technical engagements during the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and delivering compelling solutions.
  • Develop Strategies: Create customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Work directly with clients to guide them through change management during telematics solution implementation, offering support and strategies for smooth adoption and integration into fleet operations.
  • Sales Collateral: Maintain and update sales collateral and resources with the Post Sales Operations team, ensuring they are current and effective.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions or similar fields, with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly.
  • CUSTOMER-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and help them through technology implementation change management.
