We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a Technical Solutions Consultant. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills.
About the JobIn this position, you will work closely with customers to diagnose and resolve system/operating system issues. You will also provide assistance to customers using the IT operations platform, troubleshoot product issues/questions, and help them leverage the product effectively.
You will be responsible for providing clear, written instructions and technical manuals to customers via email and phone communication. Additionally, you will act as a trusted adviser to customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of system/operating system issues
- Providing assistance to customers using the IT operations platform
- Troubleshooting product issues/questions and helping customers leverage the product effectively
- Resolving product issues and responding to product questions from customers
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT solutions
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering; understanding of remote infrastructure domain
- Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, or similar certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Help Desk Technician, or similar role
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Ability to research and identify solutions to reported issues and diagnose/troubleshoot technical issues, including setup and configuration
- Ability to prioritize and manage several open issues at once
- Good understanding of infrastructure domains – servers, network, cloud, and related tech products
- Ability to troubleshoot L1 technical issues
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and helpdesk software (e.g., Salesforce and Jira)
