Team Lead - Warehouse Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled team lead to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and experience in distribution and warehousing.

The successful team lead will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse personnel, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

  • Optimize staff and labor utilization during shifts
  • Coordinate with transport representatives to ensure timely deliveries
  • Implement first-in-first-out (FIFO) inventory control systems
  • Ensure sufficient empty pallet supply to production areas
  • Provide accurate data on R&P materials and finished goods as required
  • Comply with all safety and environmental regulations
  • Implement good warehouse practices and Nestlé food safety management systems
  • Maintain building structures through internal and external assessments
  • Reduce warehouse damages and losses

Key requirements include:

  • BE/MBA degree with at least 2 years of experience in distribution and warehousing operations
  • Knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to take initiatives and implement successful projects
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and environmental sustainability
