We are seeking a highly skilled Local Search Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in enhancing the online visibility of small and medium businesses (SMBs) across major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Local SEO Optimization:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance SMB visibility on Google My Business (GMB) and Apple Maps, utilizing expertise in local search engine optimization techniques.
  • Google My Business Management:
  • Create and manage GMB Organization accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Reinstate suspended or removed GMB listings effectively, using knowledge of GMB policies and procedures.
  • Produce and post content regularly on GMB listings to engage users and boost visibility.
  • Apple Maps Management:
  • Create, claim, and manage Apple Maps listings, optimizing them for improved search rankings and visibility.
  • Business Citations:
  • Add and manage business citations across various platforms, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone) information across all listings, understanding its critical importance for local search success.
  • Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with team leads and implement strategies effectively, leveraging data-driven insights to drive results.
  • Training & Documentation:
  • Conduct training sessions, create resources, and provide ongoing guidance to team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Innovative Contributions:
  • Bring creative ideas to the table to enhance the effectiveness of local search campaigns.

This role requires a strong understanding of local SEO principles, Google My Business, and Apple Maps. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving local search rankings and driving business growth through innovative strategies.
