About the Role:

As a seasoned cybersecurity expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enforcing governance practices across our digital landscape. This is a critical position responsible for ensuring our cybersecurity controls meet evolving regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust cybersecurity governance policies and documentation.

  • Oversee internal governance structures to ensure consistency with international standards.

  • Provide leadership on emerging compliance areas such as AI governance and cloud specific standards.

  • Lead risk assessments and threat modeling exercises focused on cybersecurity risks.

  • Maintain a dynamic risk register to ensure timely mitigation strategies.

  • Advise the leadership team on cybersecurity risk appetite and priority initiatives.

  • Manage compliance with industry standards including ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.

  • Coordinate audit readiness efforts and manage relationships with external auditors.

  • Work with security operations and engineering teams to validate control effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in GRC roles with direct engagement in cybersecurity domains.

  • Demonstrated experience with compliance management and cybersecurity operations.
