Lead IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the design, development, and execution of our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring the security, scalability, and efficiency of our technology operations.

  • This includes overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise combined with leadership and project management skills to guide teams and safeguard our IT assets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Infrastructure Management
  • Manage data center operations to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Implement infrastructure automation and orchestration strategies to streamline operations.
  • Information Security
  • Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program.
  • Establish security protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of networks, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity frameworks. Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities are essential for this role. Proficiency with tools like SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and backup solutions is required.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA for security and ITIL, PMP, or relevant certifications for IT infrastructure.

A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and information security, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, is required. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals and coordinating with third-party vendors and managed service providers.
