Job Description: Restaurant Onboarding Associate (Sales-Representatives)

Location: Lahore

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-time

Reporting To: City Lead / Founding Team

Start Date: Immediate

DineIn.pk is a new restaurant reservation platform launching in Lahore. We aim to make dining out more seamless by helping users book tables at their favorite restaurants — instantly.

  • Identify and reach out to potential restaurant partners in Lahore.
  • Pitch DineIn.pk's platform and benefits to restaurant decision-makers.
  • Guide restaurants through the onboarding process.
  • Ensure restaurant listings are accurate and attractive.
  • Provide basic training and support on using our key dashboards and booking flow.
  • Act as the point of contact for any issues restaurants face during onboarding.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or customer onboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with field visits (within Lahore).
  • Passionate about the restaurant/food industry and startups.
  • Previous experience in a food delivery or reservation platform.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or WhatsApp Business workflows.
