Job Overview

This role is a customer-facing position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

As a patient service representative, you will be responsible for contacting patients before their scheduled appointments, conducting thorough interviews, and entering patient data into our electronic medical record system.

You will also need to reschedule patient appointments as needed and efficiently screen and route patient calls to other departments.

This is an evening position, working Monday to Friday from 7 PM to 4 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact patients by phone before their scheduled appointments to gather accurate information.
  • Conduct thorough interviews with patients over the phone to confirm appointment details.
  • Enter all patient data into our electronic medical record system accurately and efficiently.
  • Reschedule patient appointments as needed via phone calls and written notifications.
  • Efficiently screen and route patient calls to other departments, ensuring accurate registration, scheduling, and follow-up appointments in our database.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A customer-first approach to interactions, prioritizing empathy and understanding in all patient communications.
  • Strong English language skills (listening and speaking), with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, utilizing self-directed training and development opportunities.
