Job Summary

Mushawar Solutions is seeking a skilled software engineer to contribute to the development and integration of AI-driven product discovery solutions.

This is an opportunity for a critical team member to design and maintain high-performance digital assistants, search engines, and configurators that enhance customer experiences across retail, consumer electronics, and healthcare industries.

The successful candidate will integrate data from multiple sources into product discovery solutions, validate and merge customer data sets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

They will also develop reports based on customer data requirements, create documentation for current and future customer implementations, identify project risks, and proactively mitigate them.

Furthermore, they will stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform features, consult with business stakeholders as a subject matter expert, and deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding customers towards in-the-box solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Integrate data from multiple sources (SFTP, API) into product discovery solutions.
  2. Validate and merge customer data sets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  4. Develop reports based on customer data requirements.
  5. Create documentation for current and future customer implementations.
  6. Identify project risks and proactively mitigate them.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform features.
  8. Consult with business stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
  9. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding customers towards in-the-box solutions.
