Key Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

  • Document interactions thoroughly in our CRM system

  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams with clear, actionable information

  • Adhere to quality standards in every interaction

  • Collaborate with departments to enhance the customer experience and identify trends

  • Maintain performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and friendly, professional tone

  • Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to resolving issues

  • Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, chat tools, email platforms)

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Self-disciplined and reliable with strong follow-through

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus—but not required

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
