- Elevate complex issues to internal teams with clear and actionable information
- Consistently adhere to brand voice guidelines and quality standards in every interaction
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience and identify emerging trends
- Achieve performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems, chat tools, and email platforms
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Self-discipline and reliability with strong follow-through
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
