HR Operations Specialist

This role plays an important part in maintaining employee records, creating effective onboarding plans, and organizing events for employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing documentation, coordinating updates, and assisting with performance management processes.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in designing comprehensive employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Be involved in initial candidate screening and scheduling interviews with managers.
  • Support line managers in organizing employee events and activities.
  • Contribute to performance management processes and employee development.
  • Collect data, conduct market surveys, and assist in developing competitive compensation plans.
  • Collaborate on updating HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with line managers to ensure timely job description updates.
  • Process and document all employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Support reward, recognition, and employee retention programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and management.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
