Automation and Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Automation and Operations Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys optimizing processes, automating tasks, and helping teams run smoothly.

Job Description

Evaluate and Streamline Operational Workflows

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and streamlining operational workflows across various departments, including Sales, Recruitment, and Customer Success. This will involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Design, Build, and Maintain Automations

The ideal candidate will have experience designing, building, and maintaining automations using HubSpot Workflows, Zapier, and other low-code tools. They will work closely with department leads to document processes and develop clear, scalable SOPs.

Process Gaps and Automation Opportunities

The Automation and Operations Expert will proactively identify process gaps and automation opportunities to increase team productivity. They will oversee the lifecycle of automations—testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Administrative and Operational Support

The role will also involve providing reliable administrative and operational support for onboarding and daily functions. The successful candidate will maintain a well-organized knowledge base of documentation for workflows and systems.

Requirements

Experience and Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in workflow automation, operations, or a related systems-driven role.
  • Working knowledge of tools like HubSpot and Zapier (or a strong ability to learn quickly).
  • Excellent attention to detail, process orientation, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
