We're seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Workflow Automation Specialist.

About the Role

This position involves streamlining processes and driving efficiency by analyzing workflows across various departments, including Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in automation building and/or lead generation.

  • Develop and manage automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier to enhance team productivity.
  • Analyze existing processes and create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through collaboration with department leads.

The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
