Unilever is hiring a Modern Trade Sales Leader
Job PurposeThe primary objective of this role is to lead field relations with key accounts, fostering effective partnerships with Assistant Key Account Managers to ensure seamless distribution operations. This enables the delivery of sales KPIs / targets across various accounts.
Main Responsibilities- Develop strategies for volume delivery and sustainable growth in the area
- Monitor business performance daily/weekly
- Increase distribution of Unilever Brands and SKUs
- Achieve monthly KPIs for Intelligent Quantum and Field Capability Score
- Ensure stock management and secondary CCFOT adherence
- Maintain quality of sales and distribution
- Implement new initiatives and category-specific plans
- Boost direct coverage versus relevant universe
- Attain perfect store and all visibility initiatives KPIs
- Ensure customer profitability (ROI)
- Train and develop Territory Managers
- Optimize IT tool utilization
- Customize distribution models as needed
- Territory and outlet management
- Enforce Joint Business Plan compliance
- Provide feedback on competitor activities
- Ensure best practices in warehousing and FIFO at distributors and trade
- Follow audit guidelines by Unilever
- E nsure safe distributor operations guided by Unilever safety policies
