Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage import/export activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, shipping lines, and ports to ensure seamless logistics operations.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing customs declarations, daily reports, and expense sheets in a timely manner.

  • Prepare Customs Declarations on the WeBOC System
  • Coordinate with Clients and Respond to Their Queries
  • Coordinate with Shipping Lines
  • Coordinate with Ports (KICT, QICT, PICT)
  • Prepare Daily Reports of Work
  • Prepare Daily Expense Sheets of Work
  • Track Shipments and Make Payments of Duties and Taxes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze problems and provide quick solutions. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office is essential.
