Women's Livelihood Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Specialist to lead the development and implementation of our Women's Economic Empowerment and Sustainable Livelihoods programme. This role requires a strong understanding of programme management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and promoting women's economic empowerment and access to technological resources, building strategic partnerships, and mobilizing resources. They will also advocate and promote knowledge building and management within the programme.
Main Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and promote women's economic empowerment and access to technological resources
- Build strategic partnerships and mobilize resources
- Advocate and promote knowledge building and management
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Development Economics, Gender Studies, International Development, or a relevant field. They will also have a minimum of 5 years of progressive program management experience, including design, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, donor reporting, and capacity building.
Experience in one of women's economic empowerment, micro-enterprise, tech, vocational education, or business development is required. Proven experience in leading teams effectively is also required.
