Program Duration: 6 Months

Position Overview

We are seeking driven and talented women who are ready to reignite their careers. This structured program offers an excellent platform to work on impactful projects, receive tailored training, and benefit from professional mentorship, all while contributing meaningfully to Mobilink Bank's success.

Participants will gain exposure to a range of business functions, engage in continuous learning, and build a solid foundation for their professional growth.

Key Departments & Areas of Contribution

  • Ability to work on cross-functional projects to develop and apply technical expertise in real-world scenarios.
  • Ability to stay abreast of emerging industry trends and best practices.

The selected candidate will be deployed in one of the departments mentioned below.

1. People & Oragnization

  • Proven ability to create and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies.
  • Skilled in designing and implementing employee engagement and development programs.
  • Expertise in Rewards and Learning & Development (L&D).

2. Marketing & Communications

  • Lead creative content development and brand-building campaigns.
  • Drive social media strategies and enhance digital outreach.
  • Design and execute impactful social media campaigns.

3. Central Finance & Accounts

  • Perform financial analysis and assist in forecasting and budgeting.
  • Support in preparing compliance and regulatory financial reports.
  • Collaborate with the tax and payment teams on operational matters.

4. Information Technology

  • Collaborate on app development, system integrations, and IT projects.
  • Enhance the organization's digital presence and infrastructure.
  • Assist the service delivery and PMO teams in providing better services and improved apps.

5. Business Banking

  • Help design customized solutions for business clients.
  • Work on business lending strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Support the Business team across various product streams.

6. Internal Audit

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
  • Identify risks and propose solutions for process improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management.

7. Legal Affairs

  • Support in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
  • Assist in managing regulatory compliance and legal advisory tasks.
  • Prepare and support departmental inquiries in a timely manner.

8. Strategy, Sustainability & WFI

  • Contribute to organizational strategy and business transformation initiatives, including DEI, sustainability, and digitalization.
  • Analyze market trends to guide decision-making and growth planning.

9. Branch Operations and Branchless Banking

  • Assist in process optimization and customer service enhancement at branch levels.
  • Support operational excellence initiatives and service delivery improvements.
  • Work on branch-level compliance and risk management procedures.

10. Information Security

  • Assist in assessing cybersecurity risks and implementing security measures.
  • Support in monitoring and responding to security threats.
  • Contribute to information security policy development and compliance.

11. Regulatory Compliance

  • Assist in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and policies.
  • Support compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Work on process improvements for regulatory reporting.

12. Digital Banking

  • Support the development and enhancement of digital banking products and services.
  • Assist in customer experience optimization for mobile and online banking platforms.
  • Analyze user data to improve digital banking adoption and engagement.

Soft Skills

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively within teams to deliver high-impact results.
  • Build and expand your professional network within the organization and beyond.
