Product Development Manager
Overview:
The company is seeking a Product Development Manager to join its team in managing relevant activities in product development, including tooling, molds, and dies. The ideal candidate will have experience in automobile parts development and be able to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement product development strategies, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as suppliers and contractors, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
