Product Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual with a strong interest in Research and Development to join our team as a Product Development Manager
Requirements:
- B.E. or BS or any relevant discipline in Textile Design.
- Should have prior 5 years of experience in product development, preferably across multiple categories within Woven, Knits, and Terry products.
Core Responsibilities:
- Analyze competitor products and industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to optimize product feasibility and market fit.
- Ensure timely development, cost optimization, and product quality in alignment with customer expectations and company goals.
- Monitor market trends to ensure competitive and trend-right product offerings.
- Ensure quality standards and timely execution from concept to production.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of pattern making and fabric consumption is necessary.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple developments simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
