Production Engineering Manager Role

This is an opportunity to work as a Production Engineering Manager in a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production engineering team, overseeing the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies to inform decision-making.
  • Design and develop manufacturing equipment, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing, or related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, manufacturing processes, and equipment design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and improving manufacturing processes.
