Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

A key role within the Finance & Accounts department, this position involves creating comprehensive financial plans that align with strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement financial strategies, providing insightful data-driven analysis to inform budget decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against established KPIs and benchmarks, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Prepare accurate, timely financial reports using Management Information Systems (MIS) to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Support the Finance team in its digital transformation initiatives, evaluating and implementing new tools, processes, and systems to streamline financial workflows and enhance integration with other departments.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a CA Finalist with at least 02 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in an ERP environment, demonstrating strong analytical and management skills.

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Financial Planning and Analysis Expertise
