As a key member of our team, you will help transform data and customer insights into delightful product experiences that drive business growth.

The role involves investigating user behavior through various tools to identify opportunities for improvement. This includes conducting qualitative discovery, working closely with stakeholders, and translating requirements into clear product hypotheses.

You will also be responsible for creating low-fidelity wireframes or clickable prototypes in collaboration with designers, and validating solutions via quick usability tests.

Additionally, you will work closely with SEO/SEM specialists, designers, and software engineers in an agile squad to deliver features that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate user behavior through Mixpanel, GA4, BigQuery, and ad-channel data
  • Conduct qualitative discovery user interviews, surveys, and competitor audits
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes or clickable prototypes in Figma or Miro
  • Validate solutions via quick usability or A/B tests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Up to one year of exposure to product analytics or data-driven roles (internship, project, or first job)
  • Comfort with basic SQL and the ability to discuss APIs, events, and technical trade-offs with engineers
  • Familiarity with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Mixpanel, GA4, Figma, and Miro
  • Strong analytical curiosity and the ability to turn data into actionable insight
