Implementation Officer Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our training and implementation efforts.

  • Evaluate client needs and determine project scope, schedule, and curriculum for training.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and thorough communication.
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables.
  • Coordinate multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Develop strong internal communication skills to work effectively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
