Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to ensure our newest publisher partners have a seamless first experience with MediaRadar.

This role will focus on guiding clients through their initial 90 days, educating them on best practices, and setting them up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management & Education:
    • Lead client kickoff calls, product trainings, chairsides, 30- and 60-day adoption calls, and partnership reviews.
    • Develop a deep understanding of publishers' business needs and align MediaRadar's platform with their goals.
    • Support clients in defining success milestones and achieving value with a high-touch, hands-on approach that builds confidence and independence.
    • Monitor client usage, proactively identify disengaged accounts or users, and drive re-engagement efforts.
    • Provide educational materials and best practices to help clients maximize outcomes.
  • Salesforce Management:
    • Track and manage all onboarding activities in Salesforce.
    • Update onboarding status, oversee client setup, and accurately log client goals, use cases, and interactions.
  • Client Handoff:
    • Confirm client satisfaction and adoption at the end of the onboarding process.
    • Seamlessly transition the partnership over to the account team with full context and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in client-facing or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS, advertising, or media.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and MS Office/Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with digital media, publishing, or advertising technology is a plus.
