Key Responsibilities
  • Manage quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with standards and local regulations.
  • Implement food safety protocols, including FSSC 22000 and Halal standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to meet QA requirements.
  • Organize training on food safety, quality, and legality.
  • Establish monitoring programs and labelling systems.
  • Develop SOPs and WIs for compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations and QA teams to reduce quality-related losses.
  • Handle customer complaints, incidents, and crisis management.
  • Develop systems for document and data control.
  • Conduct supplier development activities.
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
