Director of Client Success

Job Description:
The Director of Client Success will lead strategic initiatives around Client Operations, managing programs and initiatives across various teams and geographies to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong leader who can drive change, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Client Operations in Islamabad, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Client Operations, Global Centers.
- Collaborate with Global Operations Leaders at other locations for strategic alignment.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work culture and drive business results.
- Mentor junior managers to help them develop into strong leaders.
- Partner with local and global functional managers to drive strategic initiatives and provide superior service to clients.
- Analyze and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related business field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in people leadership.
- Excellent influencing and lateral leadership skills, operating within a matrix organizational structure.
- Demonstrated ability to move forward an agenda and/or initiative.
- Strong execution capabilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse audiences and cultures.
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
