Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Business Development team, fostering meaningful connections with key stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records, including all touchpoints and outcomes, to optimize outreach strategies.
- Achieve weekly outreach and meeting-setting KPIs, driving business growth through effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator) over 2-3 years, demonstrating expertise in building and managing prospect pipelines.
- Excellent written English skills, with a talent for crafting concise, personalized messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRMs and basic sales workflows, ensuring seamless integration of data and processes.
- Self-motivation, target-driven focus, and attention to detail, combined with an ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
