Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for XAD Technologies in Pakistan.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales, engineering, and support personnel to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Business Operations: Oversee all aspects of the business in Pakistan, including sales, operations, and finance.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Managerial Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve results.
