Job Title: Senior Regional Fundraising Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising efforts in the North West region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow fundraising and outreach with both community and premium donors (HNI and organizations). In addition, they will be tasked with onboarding, managing, and retaining volunteers/donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote TCF Culture and Values: Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the team by embodying the organization's values.
  • Develop Fundraising Strategy: Develop and align the fundraising and volunteer strategy for the North West region with Head Office.
  • Cultivate Donors: Cultivate, retain, and manage high-net-worth (HNI) and organizational donors.
  • Volunteer Management: Recruit, engage, retain, and grow the volunteer base (e.g., Rahbar, Summer Camp Baghbaan).
  • Outreach Effort: Design and drive an outreach effort to significantly enhance TCF's fundraising from new and existing HNI and corporate donors.
  • Donor Engagement: Develop and execute Donor Engagement Plans for all community outreach and premium donors.
  • Board and Volunteer Engagement: Strategically engage TCF board members, senior management, and volunteers to solicit new donors and engage current ones.
  • Relationship Building: Recruit and maintain relationships with BAP+ volunteers.
  • Fundraising Targets: Prepare and track weekly, monthly, and annual fundraising targets, ensuring they are met by both the individual and their team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a regional or national role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications).
