About the Role

The Sales and Market Expansion Expert will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the distribution of fuels and lubricants within a designated region or territory. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, driving the sales and market penetration of industrial fuels, lubricants, and related products within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for key clients and customers in the region, provide technical support and guidance on product applications and usage.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, analyze sales data, monitor regional market conditions.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting the market.
Requirements:
  • Mid-senior level experience in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the oil and gas industry.
