Job Title: Strategic Sales Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with major clients to ensure retention and prevent competition.
  • Understand key customer needs and expand relationships through solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Maintain and grow current business in assigned territories to meet or exceed sales objectives.

Sales Objectives:

  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements following established guidelines.
  • Achieve sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Train customers and their associates on product lines and marketing programs.
  • Manage bids and participate in sales promotion activities.
  • Use relationship selling to help customers grow their business with our solutions.
  • Resolve product problems promptly.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on credit issues.
  • Participate in opportunity mapping sessions with vendors.
  • Engage in vendor/product selection meetings for opportunities.
  • Update sales CRM records regularly.
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field, preferably in System Integration or IT sales.

Competencies:

Proven sales experience, team player, sales certifications, task-focused on targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge: Deep industry knowledge, motivated, highly organized.

Skills: Familiar with our solutions, proficient in MS Office, strong account management and relationship skills.

Abilities: Reliable, responsible, goal-oriented, able to manage decision-makers, and present business cases effectively.
