Site Acquisition and Lease Management Executive

A senior role in a dynamic organization, this position involves overseeing various site acquisition projects while working closely with stakeholders.

About the Role
  • This executive will lead the development of Opex and Capex strategy models for the business unit, addressing future financial periods.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for rolling forecasting and budgeting for payments related to all company-owned sites, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals.

To achieve these objectives, the Site Acquisition and Lease Management Executive must possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting standards, particularly IFRS 16, as well as prepayment and accrual concepts. Additionally, experience in BTS policy and regulation is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Opex and Capex strategy models for the business unit.
  • Lead rolling forecasting and budgeting for payments related to all company-owned sites.
  • Prepare and report monthly financial accruals for prepaid rental payments.
  • Design and execute financial risk assessment strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver business plans, financial projections, and performance reports.
  • Manage end-to-end tower owner transactions.
  • Oversee and coordinate site acquisition activities.
  • Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with lease agreements and site acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in lease management and site acquisition, with a strong educational background in finance or a related field. Excellent leadership and conflict management skills are also required.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting standard IFRS 16 and prepayment & accrual concepts.
  • Knowledge of BTS policy and Regulation.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
