Lease Management and Site Acquisition Leadership

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of strategic models for lease management and site acquisition, driving business growth and financial excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategy models addressing future financial periods, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting processes for all sites, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial accruals for prepaid rental payments, identifying variances against budgets based on GL codes.
  • Design and execute risk assessment strategies to mitigate potential risks, proposing process improvements as needed.
  • Deliver business plans, financial projections, and performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee lease and amortization processes in compliance with IFRS-16 using Oracle Fusion, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems.
  • Manage end-to-end transactions, including payment processing, lease agreements, NOCs, ownership changes, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate site acquisition activities, ensuring alignment with rollout targets and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure governance and compliance for lease management and site acquisition projects, resolving complex operational challenges.
  • Align Operational Excellence objectives with company strategy, driving seamless and efficient business operations.
  • Supervise the lease documentation process, ensuring TL 9000 standards compliance and developing innovative processes for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage internal and external audits, ensuring vendor compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Built a high-performing team, fostering a motivated and balanced work environment while driving operational and financial excellence.
A Day in the Life:
  • Oversee monthly payment processing for rentals and NOCs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead coordination efforts for financial and BTS reconciliations with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Manage BTS operations for new rollout sites, including NOCs, addendums, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and achieve Operational Excellence targets, including lease renewals and rental reduction initiatives.
  • Oversee documentation processes for Rollout, Lease Renewals, and Rental Reduction projects, ensuring proper archiving and compliance.
  • Optimize document storage management, including scanning, organizing, and maintaining secure access.
  • Provide leadership and close supervision for site acquisition activities, ensuring smooth coordination with both insourced and outsourced vendors.
Requirements:
  • MBA Finance degree
  • Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in lease management and site acquisition domain.
Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of BTS policy and Regulation
  • Conflict management skills
