Job Title: UK Tax And Accounts Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a UK Tax And Accounts Associate.

About the Role

This is a long-term opportunity for a talented individual to support our ongoing operational UK accounting and tax compliance activities.

The successful candidate will be required to work in our Islamabad office while seconded to our UK office, with working hours aligning with UK time zones (9:30 am - 6 pm) from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of final accounts and corporation/personal tax returns.
  • Collate and prepare VAT returns, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Liaise with the UK office and clients on a daily basis, requiring strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Build lasting relationships with staff, managers, and clients through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prioritize tasks and work under pressure, maintaining focus and calmness in demanding situations.
Requirements
  • CA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Good understanding of financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
