Job Description

You will perform detailed finance work, transactions, and data structuring under the guidance of a Finance Manager. Key responsibilities include data collection, maintaining information integrity, monitoring reconciliations, and conducting basic checks and controls.

  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management, including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within a specific scope such as region, business unit, or Supply Chain.
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by senior management.
  • Support projects aimed at improving efficiencies and ways of working, fostering continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A desire to develop your career with experience and knowledge in:

  • Technical expertise in financial analysis and data structuring.
  • Business acumen with understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry and local markets; experience in regional or sizable local business is preferred.
  • Leadership skills, collaboration, and communication within a Finance team; a team player with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Growth and digital mindset, leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
  • Integrity and sound judgment aligned with company values, policies, and regulations.
