Senior Instructor

This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced educator to join our academic team as a Senior Instructor. As a Senior Instructor, you will play a key role in the delivery of our programs, working closely with our faculty members to develop and teach courses that meet the needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Designing comprehensive course grids that outline curriculum structures, teaching-learning strategies, and assessment plans
- Integrating mathematical concepts with patient care applications to ensure seamless connections between theoretical principles and practical nursing practice
- Developing and delivering lectures on fundamental mathematical concepts relevant to nursing, focusing on clarity and practical application
- Innovating teaching methods by integrating basic mathematical concepts into drug and dosage calculations, using scenarios and various teaching-learning strategies to enhance understanding
- Moderating student progress through formative quizzes and mock tests, providing timely feedback to support continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of clinical/teaching experience. They will also possess strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
