Experience Required: 3–5 years in HR Operations (Payroll, Attendance, Grievance Handling, Performance Management)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in HR operational functions, including payroll management, attendance tracking, grievance handling, and performance management. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, a people-centric mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
  • Oversee attendance systems, leave management, and compliance reporting.
  • Handle employee grievances effectively, ensuring fair resolution and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Support in designing, implementing, and monitoring performance management processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to optimize people operations workflows.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in HR audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in HR operations (payroll, attendance, grievances, performance management).
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems and payroll software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
