Job Overview

The Assistant Manager HR will play a crucial role in shaping the company's overall people strategy and implementing plans that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual HR plans, ensuring timely completion.
  • Identify and establish effective HR systems, managing recruitment functions from marketing to interviews.
  • Maintain employee communication and relations by investigating grievances, raising issues with managers, and designing new employee orientations.
