Customer Advocate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

  • Develop and manage client portfolios to sustain business growth and profitability through upselling.
  • Analyze customer data to enhance customer experience and improve onboarding processes.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers and mediate between clients and the organization.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints while reducing customer churn.
  • Assist in product design and development, utilizing knowledge of customer success processes and experience in document creation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate leadership qualities, and possess high computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is also required. In addition, the ideal candidate will have over 1 year of successful revenue-based sales experience and an understanding of data protection technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our customer base and maximize value from existing clients.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in customer success, service, sales, communications, or a related field.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask; self-driven and proactive.
