CLM Implementation Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between business and IT, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of requirements during the implementation of our Conga CLM solution.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with sales contracting, CLM systems, especially Conga CLM, and a solid understanding of business processes. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential for this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between business and IT to guarantee smooth collaboration.
  • Manage and document requirements, user stories, UAT scenarios, and hyper care issues effectively.
  • Ensure that requirements are clear, complete, and tested through close collaboration with IT and stakeholders.
  • Log and track tasks and issues using project trackers like JIRA.
Qualifications/Skillset:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of business analysis or business-side IT project support experience.
  • Conga CLM Experience: Prior experience with Conga CLM is a significant advantage.
  • Sales Contracting Knowledge: Familiarity with sales contracting processes is required.
  • Requirements Gathering: Proven ability in requirements gathering, UAT, testing, and issue tracking.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, and other project collaboration tools.
