Job Title: Cloud Solutions Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
  2. Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.
  3. Configure and manage Kubernetes clusters, including minikube, kubeadm, and GKE, to optimize performance and efficiency.
  4. Automate data backup processes using Bash scripting, ensuring data integrity and security.
  5. Set up and manage Artifactory repositories for Docker, Maven, Gradle, and NPM modules, streamlining application delivery.
  6. Migrate complex web applications, providing support and guidance to junior team members throughout the process.
  7. Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, demonstrating empathy and a willingness to help others.
  8. Promote teamwork and collaboration, working effectively in a 24/7 environment.
  9. Assist customers with application load testing and upgrades, as well as provide support to junior team members with their deployments.
  10. Respond to alerts on monitoring frameworks, ensuring prompt attention to potential issues.
  11. Coordinate responses to abuse reports from Slack and email, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  12. Collaborate with Team Leads to develop and improve internal development tools and dashboards.
  13. Provide basic technical training to junior team members, fostering growth and development.
  14. Troubleshoot complex Cloudways infrastructure issues, escalating them promptly to Team Leads when necessary.
  15. Automate repetitive tasks to maximize team productivity.
