Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Collaboration Specialist to support our business in collaboration with IT during the implementation of our Conga CLM solution.

This individual will play a critical role in gathering requirements, managing user stories, coordinating UAT/testing, and tracking hyper care issues. Experience with sales contracting, CLM systems (Conga preferred), and a solid understanding of business processes is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT to ensure smooth communication and delivery of requirements.
  • Document and manage requirements, user stories, UAT scenarios, and hyper care issues.
  • Work closely with IT and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, complete, and tested.
  • Log and track tasks and issues in tools like JIRA and project trackers.
  • Ensure progress is documented, tracked, and communicated regularly.
  • Maintain flexibility to adapt to evolving business and IT needs.
Qualifications/Skillset:
  • Minimum graduation - Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of business analysis or business-side IT project support experience.
  • Prior experience with CLM tools, especially Conga CLM, is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with sales contracting processes.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, UAT, testing, and issue tracking.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, and other project collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability to work in EST hours.
