We are looking for a seasoned Frontend Expert to lead the development of high-quality, user-friendly applications.

This individual will drive the frontend strategy across our product suite, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers in building responsive, accessible, and scalable UI solutions that power critical workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, development, and performance of our frontend applications across multiple modules.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver clean, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Mentor frontend engineers and uphold best practices through code reviews, technical guidance, and continuous feedback.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

No less than 5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 1-2 years in a technical leadership or mentorship capacity.

Strong knowledge of component-based architecture, state management, and RESTful integrations.

Experience with frontend tooling such as Webpack, Vite, and version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), and Agile workflows.

Nice to Have

Experience working with EHR systems or in the healthcare software domain.

Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Experience building or managing design systems.

Familiarity with Tailwind, Material UI, or other frontend libraries.
