About the Role
  • We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage sales orders efficiently, ensure timely delivery of products and services, and act as a liaison between the sales team and customers.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients, maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant data using our CRM system.
  • This role involves traveling to client premises within the assigned territory and requires strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage sales orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and other relevant data using our CRM system.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with different departments, and ensure adequate product availability for customer orders.
  • Schedule and organize sales meetings, both internally and with clients, and ensure necessary resources are available.
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain good working relationships, and passion for technology.

This role involves traveling to client premises within the assigned territory.
