Company Description

Peridot Products (Pvt) Limited, formerly known as Sara Lee Kiwi Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, has been operating since 1958 in Pakistan. The company is involved in the manufacturing and marketing of KIWI Shoe Care and Household products under a long-term license agreement. Peridot Products has also developed its own leading brands, such as Glint and Black Cat. The company is known for providing quality products at competitive prices, and it has a large, satisfied customer base across Pakistan.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Operation Officer at Peridot Products (Pvt) Ltd. The Sales Operation Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, The Sales Operations Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, maintain and update sales data, dashboards, and performance reports, coordinate with regional sales staff and distributors across Pakistan, process and track sales claims while ensuring documentation accuracy, and assist in preparing analytical reports for sales reviews and monthly performance evaluations. This is an on-site role, located in Karachi.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales operations or support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in similar roles within the manufacturing or FMCG industry is a plus
