Description:

We are seeking a qualified individual to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves planning, coordinating and supervising project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

The successful candidate will have expertise in construction management processes, including budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position, as the individual will be working closely with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets.
  2. Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
  3. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management is also required, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

A strong understanding of construction management software and tools is also necessary for this position. Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial, as well as being proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
