Job Summary

A high-achieving finance leader is required to spearhead project financial reporting and feasibility analysis, focusing on construction-related initiatives. This role provides insightful financial guidance to inform decision-making, optimize project outcomes, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze project financial reports, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis for construction and capital projects.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Develop comprehensive studies to evaluate the financial viability of proposed construction and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to provide financial oversight throughout project lifecycles.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on project budgets, schedules, and risks, ensuring timely escalation of financial concerns.
  • Capital Planning: Support capital expenditure planning and ensure alignment with financial controls and internal approval processes.
  • Data Insights: Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic investment decisions.
  • Communication: Prepare and present clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • ACCA, ACA or CFA certification and 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in project finance or construction accounting.
  • Proven experience in feasibility analysis and capital project reporting.
  • Proficient in financial modeling tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and software (e.g., SAP S4 Hana).
