Human Resources Management:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Anticipate future staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Employee Development: Plan and execute employee evaluation, capacity development, and training programs to enhance productivity and performance.
- Organization Design: Ensure efficient design and delivery of HR policies and procedures, aligning them with industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Generalist Experience: Proven experience working at strategic and operational levels, with a focus on HR generalism.
- Employment Law Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Policies and Procedures: Experience in developing and implementing employment policies and procedures.
- Recruitment and Assessment: Ability to recruit, interview, and assess candidates at a senior level.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, coach, and negotiate.
