Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished finance professional to lead our operations in Faisalabad. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for operational excellence, strengthen contributions to hospital activities, and ensure the effective management of financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare annual and quarterly financial statements for statutory purposes, work with the financial reporting team to prepare site-wise profit & loss accounts and management accounts, develop budgets for departments and the Faisalabad unit, and analyze forecasting data to inform business decisions.
  • Account Management: Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives, conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis for revenue assurance, analyze and mitigate risks to minimize losses or damages, evaluate financial reporting systems and accounting procedures, prepare age analysis of receivables and payables, review salary/business income contracts, and reconcile daily revenues with cash collected and deposited in the bank.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with operational teams to check financial feasibility models, utilize excellent interpersonal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration, and leverage a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles to drive business growth.
